Facts About Middle College
GRADE 13
An additional 5th year is offered to all eligible middle college students to ensure completion of an associate degree.
FACT #1: SCHOOL OF RECORD
The Middle College high school becomes each student’s CMS school of record.
FACT #2: LOCATION
All middle college high schools are located on CPCC campuses.
FACT #3: TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is provided by CATS at no cost to students. Students will receive a bus pass each month.
FACT #4: CALENDAR
The Middle College high school follows the CPCC calendar and will differ from the CMS traditional school calendar.
FACT #5: CLASSES
All high school classes are Honors or AP level.
CPCC classes are weighted as AP credit on CMS HS transcript.
FACT #6: CPCC
Students have access to all CPCC amenities.
Must maintain a 2.0 GPA in their CPCC classes.
